Some processes in FCPS such as school registration can be completed online, and the relevant links are listed here by category. We've also included several website redirects to appropriate resources, like student accident insurance.

Please check with your child's school on which forms need to be completed. This page contains PDF versions for downloading, printing, and returning to school. As an alternative, we offer some digital forms to submit electronically if only a parent/guardian signature is required. For school-specific forms, please contact your child's school.

Note: The opt-out forms are not required; please submit them only if you want FCPS to omit or exclude your student. Otherwise, your permission is assumed. Example: media coverage
